Mr. Willer, a chartered accountant, is the founder and president of HMW Capital Inc, a private equity and investment banking firm founded in 2007. HMW Capital and partners invest in early to mid-stage companies across a broad range of industries, primarily technology, Mr. Willer represents each investment group on the respective boards and plays an active role working with management on an on-going basis to create value for shareholders. In particular Mr. Willer has extensive experience in corporate strategy, brand development, management team performance development and corporate finance. Up to 2002, Mr. Willer was a global partner with Arthur Andersen in Toronto, responsible for the entrepreneur practice. From 2002 until the formation of HMW Capital, Mr. Willer was a shareholder and corporate finance director for Kingsdale Capital Markets, an IIROC and TSX registered brokerage firm.

Mr. Patterson is currently Chief Executive Officer of GaN Systems Inc, a leading developer of semiconductors for cleantech applications. Until March 2007 he was a senior executive of Voxium Inc. and prior to that, Executive Vice President of Radialink Corp. From October 2001 to December 2002, he was CFO of Northland Systems Training Inc. He is currently a director of Plaintree Systems Inc. (TSXV) and serves on the board of the Pearson Peacekeeping Centre. A Chartered Engineer, Mr. Patterson has extensive finance, technology and public company experience.
David Lucatch

Mr. Lucatch is the primary founder and has been CEO of Intertainment Media Inc. from May 2006 to the present. Mr. Lucatch has spent over 25 years developing business concepts and taking them to market holding senior management posts at both private and public media and technology firms.
Throughout his business career Mr. Lucatch has been an active supporter of a number of organizations and has been recognized internationally for his service and support.
Mr. Lucatch graduated in 1985 from the University of Toronto. Mr. Lucatch continues to mentor at the University of Toronto and the Management Economics Student Association programs. In 2010 Mr. Lucatch was a recipient of an Arbour Award from the University of Toronto, recognizing his continued activities and contributions to U of T.
Mr. Kevin Shea

Kevin Shea is a career executive in the entertainment, broadcasting, cable, on-line and cultural industries. Shea is the principal of SheaChez Communications, a consulting firm whose clients include an assortment of leading Canadian and U.S. communication companies. Career highlights include the roles as founding President and CEO of YTV Canada for its first seven years of operation. Shea led the CRTC licensing and start-up of Sirius Satellite Radio, Life Network, Prime TV and other TV stations across Canada. He has also served as President and COO of the Global Television Network and Atlantis Communications Inc. Currently, Shea is a director at Cookie Jar Entertainment, Adcentricity and the Mount Pleasant Group, in addition to many others. In August 2006, Shea was appointed Chair of the Ontario Media Development Corporation (OMDC).
Shea has always been active in the public and volunteer sector and is currently a Director of the Canadian American Business Council, the Marketing Board of the National Capital Commission, and the National Campaign for the Royal Conservatory of Music. He has also served on the boards of the Canadian Association of Broadcasters, the Canadian Film Centre, and Banff Film Festival and was President of the Toronto Tourism Recovery Alliance in the aftermath of SARS.
Mr. Shea holds a B.A. in Canadian History from York University and attained his Executive Marketing Degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1984. Shea has won numerous industry awards for his involvement in both charitable and business related causes, among them the Children’s Broadcasting Institute, Reach for the Rainbow and the Canadian Marketing Association.
D. Gregory Hall

Mr. Hall is an independent business adviser to the mining industry. For over 30 years, Mr. Hall has focused on significant international exploration, development and mining ventures, and all aspects of corporate structuring and finance. He is a current director of Prophecy Coal Corp. (PCY.V) and a former director of Silvercorp Metals Inc., China’s largest primary silver producer. His previous positions include being a director with Haywood Securities Inc., vice-president with Canaccord Capital Corporation, and senior vice-president with Leede Financial Markets Inc.
He is a graduate of the SME Board program at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Additionally, Mr. Hall is a director of Prophecy Platinum Corp., Prophecy Coal Corp., and Agrimarine Holdings Inc.
Jeffrey D. Puritt

Currently President and Chairman of the board of TELUS International, Mr. Puritt has also served as Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel at Daedalian eSolutions. He brings a wealth of international experience in communications and a comprehensive knowledge of the technology sector.
Mr. Puritt is a graduate of York University, received his law degree from Osgoode Hall and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
